10/10 Exceptional

The staff is really helpful and even though the property is old it’s is clean and well taken care of. Great value for the price
Frank, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We love Shilo. They are taking forever to do remodeling and the pool area is closed but the staff is super friendly and the rooms are big so it suits us
Carola, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Rooms are dated but spacious, and the hot tub and pool are currently unavailable due to remodeling. Staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast was good. Location is excellent, and easy access to the free bus system to get to the mountain and around town. Miss a good soak in the hot tub after a day of riding, but still good value for money in the interim!
Benjamin, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Broken pool and Jacuzzi. Room was freezing with a heater that barely worked. 340 per night is a total joke.
Ryan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service due to renovations and that was not known at the time of booking. The carpets need to be replaced very old. The service was good and the kids enjoyed breakfast.
Constance, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Nice staff but heavily out dated. Fine place to sleep but keep your expectations low.
Zackary, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Parking was great
angela, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Ok place to sleep at night. The owners should be embarrassed at the level of the hotel. No upkeep or investment. The staff is nice and does a decent job for what they are in control over.
Aly, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Old dirty carpet, heater didn’t work. The hotel desperately needs an update.
Clinton, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel looks good on the outside but inside is so old The room and bathroom is out dated, wallpaper was ripped and curtains were not cleaned and close properly The air condition is not working properly as well The bed is so stiff The elevator is so old and stuck in one point Breakfast is not what we expected
Apisda, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, friendly, and free parking. Good and decent place to stay.
Diana, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place for families.
Moises, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel itself was under renovation as it is a little dated but the service was excellent and the rooms were clean. Would stay again.

Enrique, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good staff
Piyush, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The condition inside and out were absolutely in need of total repairs. Cement debri and trash outside, trash containers overflowing. The inside lobby was great but elevator dirty, carpet to room was filthy, inside room couch was patched with a prior matching pillow, window sill was a patched piece of plywood, darking curtains was duct taped and view out window was a dilapidated falling down rental. Can’t believe they feel good about charging for a $250+ room for a night
Brian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Run down hotel
Veronica, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room wasn’t bad, bed was decent. The hotel is being renovated and is dated. But overall for the money it was a good stay. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I’d stay there again.
Ryan, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It is a fair place for short stay in Mammoth lakes.
Li, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Breakfast was bad and the area was not clean
Vishwanath, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Hard bed, old and dated interior, lamp shades deteriorated and also the window drapes shredding apart. Carpet is old and ripped. Nothing fancy but I feel I over paid at $150 a night.
Mario, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Lots of construction but staff are very nice
Brandy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good stay for 2 nights. It's close to shops and downtown plus a Starbucks right next to it. They have a parking garage which was a nice perk. Only downside was it had that old hotel smell and the power was out all morning for one of our stays.
Ashley, 2-night trip
