This is my favorite place to stay in Tampa whenever we go to Busch gardens. Convenient location,close to restaurants,fast food, grocery store etc. staff are courteous and professional. Clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, basic, it gets crowded at the waffle maker station but otherwise checking out is fast as well.

The staff were great. Very welcoming. The room was good. Strong smell of cleaning supplies. Only issue is that the door had to be slammed to lock. If not it could be pushed right open. Great place for the 2 nights we stayed.

The property requires investment in the common areas such as the corridors and exterior surfaces. The corridors look dirty and a lot of the external surfaces need to be painted. Also, I would suggest you change the ripped rug in the reception area as it give a bad first impression.
