The staff ignored 21+ phone calls prior to check in and had the audacity to complain. The room had obviously been damaged by water, streaks of brown down the walls, ceiling tiles hanging down in the hallway. Bath spouted more water on the floor than inside the tube, with the lights flickering the whole time. Majority of the staff were rude or barely spoke English. Carpets in the leisure centre held together with tape. Basically a RUINED TRIP. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay in the hotel. There even charge Blue Badge Holders for parking. The Most disgusting place I've ever had the misfortune to stay in

Good hotel option when visiting Dundee by car, easily accessible to both Dundee and surrounding areas. Clean and tidy good sized rooms in good surroundings, very close to A9 (major route), but quiet. Friendly staff. Like all hotels in Dundee you have to pay for parking but this hotel is competitively priced and secure. Only downside would be that the dining area is very cold in the morning but nice breakfast that went cold very quickly.
