The room was fine. Beds were comfy. Pool was filthy. I could see an actual layer of film and dirt and hair floating on it. The parking lot was also littered with trash. We saw a crack pipe in the parking lot. Lots of homeless people hanging out in back lot

Rooms dirty, sheets had hair on them, towels had long hairs on them. Checked in at 2am after a flight into Anchorage. Domestic dispute in the parking lot around 4 am with lots of yelling and F bombs woke me up. First room had a deadbolt that wouldn’t work and the lock you flip over for extra security was cracked and not functional. I would not stay here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. I was also bitten in multiple areas while I was sleeping.

Parking was terrible. No snow was plowed foot thick ice holes and no spots available. Dirty elevator where i found a crackpipe shoved in to the ceiling. Dirty floors in the elevator, empty cans on the floor. Homeless people in breakfast and police called several times. Bathroom fan broken, low water pressure.door showed signs of forved entry in the past. Bedding was clean, that is the only good thing. Staff lackluster and barely awake doors.on the ends were not functional. Absolutely would not recommend.

Staff was friendly. I arrived at 3pm and my room type was not available yet, so they offered me a double room. I waited for the king room I paid for. It was worth the wait. The room was clean and large. Amenities were hit and miss. The pool is unheated so was very cold. The cable machine in the exercise room was broken. They do not have an exercise bike or elliptical; only the cable machine, free weights, stepper, and treadmill. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Hotel is a bit isolated in the railroad area. However, I was there during Fur Rondy celebration. The snow block carvings were directly across the street and neat to see.

Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!!

The rooms were very large but with very little furniture, and no in-room tea / coffee making amenities, although there was hot water and coffee available in the lobby.
