The air conditioning was icy cold which was nice but there was no WiFi, I was booked for six days but they would not provide me with any towels unless I called and asked for them then they grudgingly gave me two which I used that night only to be left with none the next day when they cleaned the room.

The breakfast wasn’t even close to what was advertised online, very misleading. You had to knock and knock on the office door to ask, and then it was just continental style. The carpet was dirty, and the bottom of the tub got slippery after you turned the shower on. The bathroom door had been repaired by putting screws all around the edges, and it was warped so that it barely closed.

My room was not clean when I went to the bathroom , there was the previous occupant towel still hanging in the shower, cigarette butt from the previous occupant in the shower and the new towels that was supposed to be cleaned were stained, and there was hair in them and the shower. When I opened the refrigerator, a roach fell out when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night because they refused to move me to a cleaner room. There were a family of roaches in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked them, Could they move me in a clean room and they told me that there wasn’t any available but I walked passed plenty vacant non-smoking one bed rooms downstairs that they refuse to give me. they put me in a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room. I will never go back to this location and I urge anyone reading this do not go here. The continental breakfast that they advertise was the bare minimum and if their rooms look like that, I wouldn’t want to eat anything that they prepare. Save your money. I can see why they have a non refundable policy.

Dirty, old broken furniture, no amenities, free WiFi doesn’t work, our toilet seat even was bad, had to put tape on it because it was cracked. It must not be a safe area because they lock you out of the lobby. The staff was friendly but hard to understand their English. Worst place I have ever stayed, should be an embarrassment to Days Inn, should be closed so bad. I have pictures.
