The room was too cold, and there was no effective way to regulate the temperature. The wall-mounted thermostat only adjusted the ventilation airflow, meaning the choice was essentially between no fresh air or a cold room. When contacting the reception/service desk regarding this, I was placed on hold for 2–3 minutes each time. The call was then answered and immediately disconnected. This happened three times in a row, after which I gave up trying to get through. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. While the hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, the service level is lacking, which unfortunately detracts from an otherwise good experience.

Bra frukost. Gott bröd, olika frallor och mycket valbarhet bland pålägg. yoghurt med müsli och olika flingor samt bär och frukt. Varm frukost: Kokt ägg, bacon, äggröra, bönor och pannkakor med sylt eller nutella och grädde. Tyvärr ingen prinskorv. Rent och fint överallt. Finns en avdelning för lek för barnen på entreplan. Den va något tråkig för en 3 och 5-åring. Bra rum men neutral gråbeige färgskala och avsaknad av leksaker gjorde det mindre kul. Fanns några grå gummihoppdjur och kojor annars ingenting. Skillnad mot hotel curiosa, där barnen hade en hel kallaxhylla med olika lådor med tågbanor, klossar och andra Brioleksaker. Överlag en bra vistelse, väldigt nära liseberg.

Personalet, området og morgenmaden var rigtig godt, og hyggeligt sted. Mørkelægningen på værelset var dårlig og der lugtede desværre utrolig dårligt af kloak på bådeværelset, da vi checkede ind. Lugten var stadig fæl næste morgen. De fik det løst om formiddagen og gav hurtig assistance, da vi meldte det ind.
