The room was too cold, and there was no effective way to regulate the temperature. The wall-mounted thermostat only adjusted the ventilation airflow, meaning the choice was essentially between no fresh air or a cold room.
When contacting the reception/service desk regarding this, I was placed on hold for 2–3 minutes each time. The call was then answered and immediately disconnected. This happened three times in a row, after which I gave up trying to get through.
This is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. While the hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, the service level is lacking, which unfortunately detracts from an otherwise good experience.
