The staff are lovely. Hotel rooms clean. Issues I had is they are pet friendly so was a lot of dogs in rooms, could hear them barking at night and in the day. Also the room are a little out dated, doesn’t look in good condition although are very clean. The restaurant was 5/10 had a steak was cooked to my request and the food just wasn’t great for me.

Upon arrival we were upgraded which was a lovely treat. The room was spacious and clean and had what we needed. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was a good selection. Leisure facilities were a let down. The changing rooms are small with not many working lockers. The floor was dirty and overall felt dirty. The pool, sauna and steam room were all small but working order. It does say there is a £5 charge to use the facilities but we didn’t get charged but I wouldn’t have paid as it wasn’t worth it. Overall great stay and would visit again.
