Our only reason for booking was to take our 3yo swimming and visit a nearby children’s museum. The pool was FREEZING. We ended up taking him to an indoor play place instead which cost us more money. The first staff member I had talked to said they’d had problems with the heater but thought it was fixed, said he’d let the manager know and gave me coupons for two free drip coffees. Next morning spoke with the person at the desk and they said they’d let the manager know and have him contact me. Haven’t heard anything yet.
