Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayside with one exception. We purchase snacks from reception (crisps and a peanut bar) having eaten them I was fiddling with the wrappers and noted they were both over their sell buy dates. One by 2 months and the other by 6 months! We drew this to the attention of the staff who were very apologetic. Once checked out I noticed that we were still being charged for the items! I emailed the hotel to point out the situation and got nil response! Payment has since been taken. VERY disappointing customer service!

My favorite hotel! My very favorite place to escape for peace and tranquility! Hotel is quaint and charming. The staff is amazing…. Starbucks coffee in the lobby is a huge amenity! There are no words for the sunset views from the beach! Heaven on Earth.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night as a quick weekend getaway and really enjoyed it. The person at the front desk who checked us in was incredibly polite and welcoming, and she even got us into our room a little early which was a nice surprise. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the AC worked great. The grounds around the property are beautiful and well maintained. The pool area was also very nice, but the beach area is definitely the highlight. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the views were amazing. The location is another big plus. There are several great bars and restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without driving. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

It took a hour to check me in while other guest check in before me. The staff lady didn’t tell me What was going on while she check other guest that where after me. Se didn’t seem happy we were checking in with an attitude. I would not stay there again because of the front office staff.

Hotel rooms need a bit of TLC. The dock was great for the sunset and you could fish from the pier. Room itself was tired due to the humidity warping the furniture and salt air rusting everything. It’s fine, but price was not worth it. Not a 3 star property aside from the location.

Overall I would not stay at this property again. The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. Including finding a drawer full of clothes that the precious guest had left. My room shades weren’t working properly and the elevator was broken during our stay. The positive is that the property sits in a beautiful spot on the water and there are great seats and hammocks to sit with a gorgeous view. Walk next door to Snooks for food and drinks on the water. Overall was not clean enough for me and most definitely not worth the high price.

Le personnel est agréable, cependant nous prenons une chambre pour deux personnes et tout est pour 1 personne.. la douche éclabousse dans toute la salle de bain. Il est écrit island view sur la reservation et j’ai une vue sur une cours extérieure. Mieux en photo qu’en vrai, c’est dommage pour le prix.
