Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom was empty. Just to find out when taking a shower in the morning. When I arrived, I asked the front desk if they any rooms on the first floor. Im the morning at 530 am I looked outside and saw that there were only 6 cars in the lot. Two of cars were with me. I know people did not leave because the was a fresh 2 inches of snow. With no tracks in or out of the hotel. Just bad customer service.
