The room was clean with the exception of a leftover dried washcloth with what appeared to be pubic hair on it left in the shower. Also, I left my cell phone charger in the room. I wasn't able to return to the hotel until 4 days after I checked out. Of course, the charger was not in their lost and found. It's no doubt in the possession of the housekeeper who cleaned the room. So, thanks for that.

The hotel was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one told us. It was the major attraction for my children when I made the reservation, so they were terribly disappointed. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come. Staff was friendly when they could be found.
