Second time here in the past year, and the second time they've completely screwed up charges, despite a very protracted and frustrating back and forth last year. I wanted to give them another chance as the Andaluz next door is nice, but loud from street noise, and the Parq Central was sold out. As a very frequent business traveler to Albuquerque I really wish these folks were even marginally competent, as the hotel is decent and unlike so many other properties in downtown ABQ it's actually quiet enough to sleep!
