Overall the stay was okay for what was supposed to be a bridal suite, but the shower drain seemed to be clogged and didn't drain properly, the toilet seemed to be clogged this morning and didn't flush properly, that was disappointing. The shower was a small space to shower in as well. The jets in the hot tub in the room didn’t look very clean so we didn’t use that. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a living area to set in, and the balcony was nice. Upon check out we wasn’t aware that the parking was an additional $192.00 for 4 nights. Guest didn’t park for free as most hotels offer. We paid almost $2800.00 for four nights in what was a mediocre stay. Wouldn’t recommend spending the money. The location was nice.

The bathroom outlet was no where near the mirror! Was impossible to do my hair without a mirror. The thermostat would not go below 68 degrees. The front desk even sent a maintenance person however apparently I was told that is just how it is. Can’t be adjusted!. It was a digital thermostat that I believe was pre programmed to stay within temperature range the hotel sees fit. 68-73 degrees is not acceptable. Will not return to this hotel for this reason.
