The property was clean, the pool was well maintained, but the beds were uncomfortable, there was no USB plugs in the room for our electronics, the sockets wouldn’t hold our cord plug-ins. maintenance wanted us to go get new adapters instead of just replacing the lamp which happened but with some resistance. On the second day housekeeping didn’t service our room or give us clean towels. It wasn’t the best experience but the shuttle driver was great
