The staff was great, very professional, welcoming and quick with check-in. The room smelled of smoke and the pillow cases were a little dingy. If they changed to vinegar and lemon w/a little bleach for cleaning, that would greatly help. Breakfast items/coffee were ready in the lobby, just grab and go items, but healthy choices. In line with value expectations.

It says they offer continental breakfast but they don't. They only offer muffins oatmeal packets and granola bars. The room was not very clean the shower head was disgusting I did not even shower. The pool was covered and drained. The beds were not very comfortable they are on Metal Frames and they're loud when you turn over. Not what I expected from an Extended Stay America.
