Had an incredibly nice stay at the Museum Guest House. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Francesco and his lovely wife, and a very charming employee named Maryam, who was extremely informative and explained everything worth knowing about our destination. The hotel has a perfect location right next to the port, and is an easy walk from the best restaurants in Civitavecchia. Delicious breakfast pastries were provided in our room, as well as a small fridge stacked with included drinks, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean, recently renovated bathroom with a nice shower, excellent water pressure and temperature. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel. Francesco answered all of our questions quickly prior to the stay, and was always available. Thank you!

Francesco was delightful and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and a good size. Bathroom was also very clean. There were nice breakfast items available. Francesco arranged perfect transport to cruise ship, helping us get an early arrival and prompt processing. The building where Museum Guest House is located is historic with unique architecture. Lots of restaurants available in easy walking distance. Quite a lovely experience and highly recommended. If we cruise out of Civitavecchia again, we will definitely use Museum Guest House for pre-cruise accommodations. Thank you, Francesco and team!
