Staffs were very nice and friendly. This hotel is really close to Pub street and Night market you can walk there within 10 minutes. Only thing is I found a bed bug on the 2nd night. I was bitten on both legs at least 10 bites in total and same with my mom’s bed. Management should change the bed in that room #224. WiFi was very slow and TV not working had to call someone to check on it 3 times.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a private room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof top is a bonus as it is partly roofed which makes it possible to also enjoy it during rain. My only comment would be that there were very few sun beds by the pool.

This place is such a great place to stay for solo travelers! The staff is very nice, professional and extremely accommodating. I landed early and was able to check in early with no issue and no extra charge. The hotel is very close (about 10 min) walking from Pub Street and so many amazing restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in siem Reap. I truly loved my experience here and in Cambodia.
