We had a great stay at Hilton Sandestin. The shuttle to the wharf was a great touch, since it was a little too chilly to go to the beach one day. The food was good, breakfast and drinks were more expensive than it probably should have been but that’s expected at a Hilton. We really enjoyed the lounge with music entertainment in the afternoons and the indoor pool when the weather wasn’t favorable. Overall, we plan to return!

the reservation of the beach set ups was not a good one, especially the front release what's available when you have a paying customer and then you cant choose where you want to be they do ask what row. Rooms didn't get cleaned past 2 pm during my stay. breakfast was ok nothing to impress. check your room charges they didnt have cash registers open most of the time

We booked through Hotels.com which said ALL fees included. At check-in we were not told about being charged resort fees and taxes. When I asked if there were any other fees, the receptionist told me “No” but when we checked out they charged us a resort fee of $40 plus taxes. Yes, it’s only 40$ but we specifically asked when checking in and so it really leaves you in a bad mood when you leave. The front desk was also pretty rude about it. Return to the Hilton Sundestin for vacation? Nope. Hilton, I expect honesty and integrity, not this.

The staff was very friendly, specially at the sandbar. There was no such thing as free breakfast, our bill als had charges not known and when contacted the property they never called us back.
