My husband and I just needed a place to sleep in Portland for a night, we were visiting with family and literally just slept here, so I don't have much to say. The guy at the check in desk was perfectly kind, the coffee we had when we were leaving in the morning was okay.

Not bad for the price. They really need to update the mattresses as you can feel the springs when laying down and one of the springs was sticking through the side of the mattress fabric. Also better shower heads would be helpful.

The location was just right for our concert at Revolution Hall. Close to the bus lines which was helpful. Our first night was interrupted by a loud party in one of the rooms at 3:30 am. Our second night was a bit spoiled by a really heavy snorer in the room next door - impossible to predict I know. The lodge does not have a pool. That was not a requirement for us - but a couple of glasses in the bathroom would have been helpful.
