i had a horrible stay and experience with your staff. Not only are they incredibly rude, forcing me to do tasks at check-in that NO other vendor, consumer product, or anyone has made me do. But your 'humidifyer' was so loud (louder than the AC unit), not hvaing an option to turn it off, kept me up ALL night long. Horrible experience and want to seek how to get a refund. I've never had a stay anywhere like this. Also, your deposit of $100 is outrageous, especially given that my room for 1 night was $59.
