The comments of others about hot water and room heat are on the money. We found only luke warm water available after 10 pm to 5 am, and room heating was not included as we did not know to ask for it and pay for it, ahead of time. Breakfast was included, good and on time. This is a nice family owned hotel that is not part of the Tierra Viva chain in other Peruvian cities.

My stay was amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location relative to the center of town is perfect - not too far out (5 minute stroll to the main markets), but far enough to be relaxing. The actual space was open and calming. My room had an incredible view, was spacious, and well kept. Would absolutely stay again.

An oasis in a bustling town. Beautiful spacious, clean rooms. Hot powerful showers. Lovely breakfast. The hosts are great and Alex speaks perfect English. There is a lovely garden where you can sit and see the Inka ruins and the beautiful mountains. 100% recommend.

The hotel is in good condition with a beautiful garden. I am sure this is one of the best hotels in Ollantaytambo. The room is very clean although on the small side. The host Alex is very nice and helpful. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone who comes to stay in this lovely Inka town.

The owners are very nice and the location is beautiful. It's a little walk away from the main part of town, but not much at all. We were allowed to park our motorcycles inside, which was great. There is no AC, but it wasn't necessary with the windows open. Breakfast was good. No issues!

We stayed there for 3 nights in April and our stay was perfect. Alex was so helpful. The property was beautiful. It was a 10 min walk from the market and main plaza but we liked being away from all the hustle and bustle.

Alex was welcoming and so helpful. He found us a few blocks away from the hotel and without knowing where we were going, offered to help us and walked us the rest of the way. The check-in process was quick and he confirmed that in addition to the continental breakfast include, they also offered eggs, yoghourt, granola (for additional tip). The he walked us to our room to ensure it was ready for us. Clean, wide and with plenty of space for four adults, we enjoyed the hot shower at the end of a day of hiking. The pictures are updated and accurate and even if the hotel is 5 minutes away from the city center, the peace and quiet at night were amazing. The Ollantaytambo archeological site is right in front (5 minutes away). If you are looking for serenity, this is your place.

The Tierra Inka hotel was super excellent .There was very helpful concierge named Alex.Who helped us have excellent trip for 2days.Their families were friendly and the breakfast was tremendously delicious.I recommend everyone to go to that hotel!

Everything in good condition, nice treatment and recommendations from the staff in reception. Not too close from the train station as for the sound of the trains to bother you, but you can still hear their honking when its passing by the station a little bit.
