The staff were especially helpful. The building is older, but has been updated. The pool area is unique and I really enjoyed the extra activities and fun games this hotel offered. Also, it was very conveniently located to the freeway, food, and other helpful things. I will definitely book again.

I book at the Thip Thip while I visit Krabi because it fits my particular needs. They have went downhill a bit since I first discovered them a couple years ago. My only concern is that the sheets and bath towels ahould be changed out every so often and it was as though I was usuing the same one from the first time. I didn't have hot water this time either, which was very rough for me after a day at the beach.... Other than those concerns, I will likely stay again with the exception they have replaced items that have been suggested.

Staff was great! There were so many fun things to do here! Breakfast was a typical full hot bar with imitation eggs, waffles, etc - Good but not great. The rooms were typical run-down older convention-center from the 70s vibe - used to be fancy but out-of-date. No noticeable smell though, and AC worked. We had to take the drain stopper (moldy and seriously gross) out of the drain to get the water to go down. Overall, fun enough to stay again. Worth the price.

No elevator which is wild for a conference center Rooms/hallways very dated There was a toilet paper roll on the floor in our bathroom when we arrived Bathroom felt too dirty to shower in Typical free breakfast but the dining room was dirty. All the tables were dirty, all the high chairs were covered in food splatters, etc) If we hadn’t gotten a member price ($75CAD) I would have been asking for my money back. The regular room price is wild for how dated and dirty this place was.

The gentlemen at the front wasn't the most welcoming, with no hello or greeting at all. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and got a great deal on it. This place has a lot of amenities like the pickle ball/basketball court and in a great location as well.

Our room was missing a shower curtain and we also had a cockroach join us in our room as well. There was garbage on the stairs for days at a time that was never cleaned up. The pool was full of hair and was not clean. The majority of the lounge chairs were broken and unusable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because it was crowded and full of people. I would not stay here again.

This used to be our go to place when we stayed in St George. But the property is starting to look kind of raggedy. Our room had a hole in the carpet, the blanket and a whole, the bathroom needed painting just below the toilet paper holder, the wall next ot the AC needed painting near the floor boards. The AC was so loud that it was the worst nights sleep ever. This is not a $185 hotel.
