"The apartment was beautiful, great location. My only complaint is that trash was not taken out every day and toilet paper not replenished or coffee. We did not requested more because it was the last night but definitely something that needs improvement. Everything else was good. Help desk was able to help us get a taxi to the airport, answered our questions. I will recommend AQA if you are staying in Florence with your family. "
