"The rooms are small, very Euro. The staff were extremely helpful. It was walking distance to South Beach, and other restaurants. Food delicious and bar service was extremely efficient. This was a busy weekend, College National Champioships, lots of parties, and Pool parties were outstanding!!! Salt water pools, could use more poolside seating, but for first time in Miami, this was a great experience. I will be back. "

"Pros: location/proximity to the beach, large pool, comfortable bed, access to kitchen and laundry Cons: very old building with paper thin walls…can hear everything which for us meant a crying baby all hours of the day, no coin/change machine for the laundry, no staff on-site for immediate questions. Just had a little but of a creepy vibe"

"This is a great value in a perfect location for a holiday. 2 short blocks to the beach, and surrounded by activity and affordable restaurants. Very active area, but the room was extremely quiet and clean. Comfortable, maybe slightly out of date furniture. Wonderful bathroom. I had a bedroom + sitting area so way bigger than the typical Art Deco hotels in the area. 100% reccommend and will defintly stay here again. "

"This hotel is a self check in hotel in the heart of South Beach, the rooms are spacious, clean and safe. The hotel is right in the middle of Collins Ave, merely 2 minutes away from ocean drive. The hotel is located near vibrant bars and restaurants. The bathroom was a touch dated, but everything worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff were very good and made the room and hotel feel and look very clean. The hotel is in perfect location...
