"You cannot beat the price for this hotel/apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious...and exactly as pictured on the site. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the check-in is at a separate location, which is in walking distance of Kyoto station, which is where you will most likely be arriving anyway. The staff was SUPER kind and friendly - and they shuttle you right to your apartment/hotel suite, which is great and the building we were in was modern, clean and...

"The property was clean and spacious. It was nice to have access to laundry and a kitchen to make meals. We enjoyed walking past the Nijo castle and the other garden. It is in a quiet area so it is a bit further from the shopping areas. The owners left instructions to use the facilites and deatiled directions to stores/attractions "

"行くまでの道が狭く、子どもを連れて歩くのには危険でした。お風呂に入った際に、建てつけの問題か扉を閉めていても外に水が漏れてきたのが残念でした。そのため足ふきマットが濡れてしまいましたが、替えがなく困りました。部屋全体は綺麗に掃除がされていて、洗濯機の洗剤が置かれていたり、しっかりとした冷蔵庫があったり助かりました。"

"Loved it, felt like a real local. Washer was a plus and included detergent! Fast responses and overall a great stay :) 9.8/10 a little bit dusty specifically the top of air conditioner but hey, it’s an older place, it was expected and part of the vibe. Recommend if you want to stay in a more traditional place hence the name of the place. "
