Upon check in we had the opportunity to upgrade our room so we could do the floating breakfast (which was wonderful and so romantic for our honeymoon 💕) and the pool is fabulous and looks just like the pictures. I left my iPhone behind and they figured out a creative way to mail it back to me in the U.S. Additionally, after a glitch with Expedia, the place was briefly double-booked but they went out of their way to fix it and accommodate.
