"In route they text we had to stay at a different room. No choice as one room had a toilet problem. Apparently it was our room. It was so very small and scary and uncomfortable to stay. It was very rs noisy. I disnt want to stay there. I wanted the hotel i chose but they make it seem like you have no option. What do you do? The bed was aweful. Communication was not easy. The location was not where i wanted to stay. It was not pretty. Im extremely unhappy about this."

"Upon arrival we called him to get the code for the door, and it was difficult to understand him and suddenly he said “Do you want me to just cancel the reservation since this is so hard for you to understand”. We eventually solved it, and but when I contacted him with questions he didn’t respond me. The apartment is alright but not clean. Good location though. But that is more less what it is. It was also written breakfast but be sure there are no breakfast 😊 Roma is beautiful! "
