"We arrived early and felt very welcome from the start. They greeted us with wine and cake and the owner picked some grapes for us right off the vine. Once inside the place was spotless and very roomy. The village nearby had a great pizza and pasta restaurant and was only a short walk. We stayed one night as we were flying out the next day and the owner drove us to the airport ten minutes away. I highly recommend this place."

"This property was so so lovely! We were so happy that we chose to stay in cavtat rather than Dubrovnik. It’s a gorgeous little town just a short bus journey away, or alternatively can walk. The bus to Dubrovnik was super easy and cheap to get. Finally, the owners were the most welcoming and lovely people we have ever met. We were so sad to leave!"

"I needed a place near the airport for my last day in Croatia. This lovely studio with kitchenette was absolutely perfect. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the waterfront in Cavtat which is lovely with quaint shops and plenty of great restaurants. The gelato is amazing!"

The Villa Pattiera hotel was all old-school elegance, with attentive staff, comfortable rooms, a well-rated onsite restaurant, and a good breakfast buffet. As the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, parking is in the main town lot by the water, just a couple of minutes walk away."
