"We stayed at Marriott’s Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe and honestly had such a great experience. The location is unbeatable right in Heavenly Village and walking distance to everything, which made the whole trip so easy and fun. The room felt more like a cozy little cabin than a hotel, with plenty of space and everything we needed. Having a kitchen and comfortable living area made it perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The property itself was clean and well kept, and the pool and hot tubs were such a nice bonus. One of the best parts was just stepping outside and being so close to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. It really gave that full Tahoe experience without needing to drive everywhere. Only thing to keep in mind is valet-only parking, but overall it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely come back it was the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and that cozy mountain vibe."
