"Right in the heart of Gran Via Madrid. From the moment you arrive you are treated first class. Rooms are lovely and mattresses so comfy. We arrived extremely early but they put our cases away securely so we could go out and return at check in time. Also same on our departure we had very late flight so again cases stored securely. Kitchen well equipped and a washing machine. Would highly recommend to everyone. The staff as so polite and cannot do enough for you. Thankyou for a wonderful stay "

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and if I was to return to Madrid for another holiday I would be more than happy to stay here again. "
