"The first part of our experience was the friendly and informative greeting we had a check-in. The room was clean with a nice balcony. It is Oceanfront not beachfront meaning no beach but it is close. The restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating with good food. A small pool is nice and refreshing. Quite an enjoyable 9 day stay. "

"Beautiful property, I was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, it even had a small terrace and a hammock, very quiet, you can listen the waves crashing. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is not the best, many rocks, but it was calm and we were the only people on the beach. The upstairs terrace is absolutely amazing, pool, lounge chairs and swing chairs. It will be nice to have a bar and little something to eat at night, but...

"I like the view of the bay and the close walking distance to North Beach, restaurants and shopping."

"Super comfortable bed, well appointed, clean room, spacious shower. the courtyard area is lovely and you can have a drink or a meal right on the water, and enjoy sunsets from the dock. Staff was excellent and so accommodating. This hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. We had a truly wonderful stay at Bahia Tolok."

"Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it.
