The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! "This was a clean, quiet place with a spacious double room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. The a/c was great and very quiet. The breakfast was basic and the added social hour with snacks and wine in the evenings was nice. The hotel sits near lots of shopping and dining options. There is an interesting system of pedestrian bridges that is nice but you have to figure out how to get to it to use them and enjoy without having to cross the busy street. "

Employees in the restaurant of the hotel were amazing!! great attention just one lady in the reception was a little bit rude but the rest of the employees and most of the staff were amazing , friendly and helpful. We had a leaking in the bathroom and they sent someone and get it fixed in less than 5 minutes is amazing how well they take care of the leak. Excellent service !!! Excellent hotel !!! "
