"It’s a nice hotel. Away from the seafront so quiet. We didn’t see many staff so can’t comment. Our room was very clean and serviced everyday. One problem we noticed other guests don’t shut the front door properly. Almost every time we came back the main door was unlocked. "

"We had a great week half board in the wonderful AX Victoria hotel. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were 5* with great quality and variety of food available. The staff were so friendly and facilities excellent including the gym, two swimming pools and sauna. We loved the bar, cocktails at happy hour were reasonably priced and of great quality. We loved the hotel's traditional style & will definitely be back :)"

"This is a perfectly reasonable place but not quite up there to get a good rating. Staff were pleasant and friendly but service was often slow both at reception, breakfast and by the pool. Many sun loungers were broken. Towels by the pool and in the room ok but looking tired and a bit warm. Slight smell from the drains in all rooms. Nothing to put me off coming back at a reasonable price but also not quite up there to get me rushing to book again soon. "
