"I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. I'd highly recommend. "

"I attended a festival in Beckenham Place park, so this was perfect for what I needed - close to the Beckenham Junction exit of the park, cheap and cheerful. It’s a reception free property, but the directions to the property and entry instructions I was provided were excellent. I would stay there again if attending a festival in the park (I’d request a different room, if I were offered 112 again though). "
