"Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible.
We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund.

"The hotel is located within 3 minutes of patong beach. Around the corner is bangla road. Downstairs is 7-11. Next door is the coffee club and plenty of masssge shops. The hotel is clean, big refrigerator and good air conditioning. The manager Zar is accommodating, attentive and quick to assist. I extended my stay. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in my next visit. "
