"The Frances Modern was so wonderful. The bed was insanely comfortable and everything was designed beautifully. There was free coffee and water in a communal area and an amazing roofdeck with views of the city (where we sat and listened to a blues show happening in the park across the street). It had some amazing restaurants and shops very close (shout out to quickie pickie for amazing breakfast tacos) and it was easy to walk down to the bars on 6th.
