"The hotel is very nice with a good restaurant centrally located in the pedestrian area. Arrival by car is challenging and one needs to follow their directions exactly to get through the pedestrian areas safely. In particular, the well-known channels in the street which contain water are treacherous for cars. be sure you understand their directions and don’t count on Google maps to reach the hotel intact."

"I was initially happy with this hotel because it was a good price and breakfast was included. The facilities were good for what we needed. However, I think it is not ideal that the reception is not open in the evening or that you can't contact anybody unless in very urgent cases. My daughter was sick and if I had been anywhere else, I would've been able to get new bedding and towels straight away. Also, it was very hot in the room and there is no air-conditioning, not even a fan. I can't imagine what it would be like to stay in the height of summer. We left 1 night early mostly to make an early flight in Basel but also to enjoy a cooler stay elsewhere. "

"The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "
