"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"This was a perfect location right on the canal with a supermarket and a café right out the front door however, this is not a staffed hotel. It is a beautiful corner of Villa with four other rooms with a magical sculpture lobby with the water lapping into the foyer it’s kind of mysterious, but cool in a magical Venice way and two minutes to Saint Marks and the magic of secret Venice. "This was the absolute perfect place to stay and the staff was amazing! It's a little confusing at first because the rooms are separate from the hotel office, but once we got the hang of it, it was an incredibly easy, central location close to everything.
