"In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)"

Excellent selection of restaurants - at the end of the street and across Av. Mendez Alfaro - mostly all-day.I'd stay there again if in Madrid."

"This place is auto check in right? So if you need a towel because they forgot you were 2 people you need to use one towel for both, easy right? No one will answer you, don’t lose your time. Otherwise not the best place at all"

Many unsavoury people hanging around. We did not feel safe, so we left and had to go somewhere else. The staff at the check in was nice. "
