"The reception staff are very helpful. They're also the only English speaking people on the premises. They changed my room on request due to the loud karaoke bar next door. I was happy with my 2nd room. The restaurant staff could do with a bit of training. They chopped up an omelette which I sent back because my order was for scrambled eggs."
