Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food at 1 Kitchen was fresh and delicious, and Harriet’s Rooftop offered great cocktails with stunning views. The location is perfect for exploring King West on foot. A fantastic stay from start to finish—highly recommend."

"Great new hotel in the downtown Toronto. It is a short walk to the Eaton Centre. Room very clean, staff helpfull. Didn't love the locatioon due to the homeless people nearby, however it was patrolled and everything did feel pretty safe."

"We always stay at the Royal York when in Toronto. The rooms and staff are always perfect and in the winter we always have great options for room service dining....although we did miss seeing the fish and chips on the menu this past visit. A stopover at the York is always a great finishing touch to our travels. Next visit will be this April for a game at Scotiabank Arena, can't wait!"
