"What an incredible find - a real gem in a City with a million of them. Great location, and while urban, very quiet. AC is very powerful. So, after we had a long day of touring and dining, it was a pleasure to feel that cool blast of air. I'll very likely revisit this site in the future. Great deal, too. Feel it was worth every penny. Great customer service, too. The owner is on top of everything. Very professional stem to stern."

"Our stay at Fabio Dei Velapapazza was really nice, the house is located nearby vatican city ideal for a good hike through Rome. All staff had been super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we even got a freshly made omelet and fresh cappuccino. The room was clean and modern."

"Loved this place. Everything I wanted in a quick stay. Clean, comfortable(mattress was firm), close to everything. I need local access to buy good groceries, pizza, bar essentials for coffee and pastries. Everything I needed was there. Probably what I loved about the place, is the cleanliness. I saw the cleaning lady, she seemed to enjoy her job and work for the nice owner, which is why I believe she keeps the place tip top clean. Clean that I enjoyed walking barefoot, which most never happens....

"I was visiting Rome with a friend to watch Italy v England in the Six Nations 2026. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. We also visited St Peter's square and the Vatican, both very close by. Very clean and very helpful staff - they organised the transfers to and from the airport for us."

"Everything was great! The room was very pretty. They offer a simple breakfast each more with easy grab and go options. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 15 minutes to the Metro. Located in a lovel neighbourhood with great restaurants. "

"The place is hard to access especially if you don’t have access to a phone and the shower is very minimal water coming out. But the place is great and close to everything. Giovanni is a good communicator."

"Good value for money, helpful staff, exactly as described and shown on the website and only a short walk to Vatican City. A bit hard to find for a first-time traveller because it's on the fourth floor of a bank building with no obvious signage and no reception area, but the guy who answered the phone spoke perfect English and gave clear directions."
