"The rooms are very well proportioned with beautiful period features, high ceilings and painted to a very high standard. Having a spacious modern and contemporary kitchen, dining and lounge area and with an extra TV made the experience feel really homely. Excellent value for money as well. The reception staff were very friendly and being located near Bethel Green a five minute walk away meant accessibility to central London by the central line was a 10 minute journey. "Great location, 30 seconds from the tube, near great breakfast places. On the top floor so quite a lot of stairs just to be aware of if you have luggage. Super easy check in process, really great and responsive customer service, clean and tidy room, nice bathroom, couldn’t fault it!"

"The property is good for the price, a cheap option - the door codes and keys were simple to use once i got the codes from the owner. its a bit out of the way - not much around the area - other than the DLR station at Star Lane. Would recommend if your on a budget. "
