Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."

Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...

Room v small but had all I needed, including bedside shelf and wardrobe space, which so many city hotels don't. Breakfast fine and loads of eateries within 5-minute walk."
