"Gorgeous hotel in beautiful Yorkshire. Our 3 day stay was wonderful. Large comfy rooms with huge bed. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Garden was perfect to sit in, with a cosy summerhouse. Breakfast was stunning - local produce, even down to the apple juice produced from their own orchard. Honey and jams all very local too, as were the ingredients of the cooked breakfasts. Bar stocks local beers and spirits. Andrew and Lucinda are perfect hosts. "

"We have been coming to Bridlington & the surrounding area for decades. However, we have never ventured into Bessingby and is a little unspoilt treasure just outside the Town. The accomodation exceeded any expectations, the tranquil surroundings the icing on a very nice cake. A fab host too, nothing too much bother including a short guided tour of the local area with some helpful information and walks. Intend to come back, hopefully very soon."

"Two night stay. The staff were attentive and helpful. Location is right on the quayside. Venue has some free parking, it might be a problem at busy rimes, but was not for us. We tried the upstairs restaurant and the fish and chip takeaway, we agree the food is a very high standard."

"Sofa bed had springs coming out of the bottom. TV picture was so dark, couldn`t watch it. Nice location, close to supermarkets, shops, pubs and beach. Overall, Flat 1 could do with a new sofa bed, TV and a deep clean."
