"Very friendly staff, attentive. Room was great and clean. Hotel was beautiful, had nice artwork in the lobby and a delicious restaurant Ginza attached. Rooftop patio was so nice. We loved the continental breakfast, one kiddo did wish there was bacon every day, but they rotate every other day. Pool was fun, a lil chilly though. Elevators worked quick which is always nice. Would definitely go back. "

"The hospitality at the Inn at Northrup is top notch. We have stayed in several Portland hotels and this is by far the most friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and fun. The room wasn't the fanciest compared to other hotels, so if you are looking for that sort of thing, this may not be the place for you. But for us, the charm, the staff and the location made up for any of that. "

"It is a GREAT location! Great bar/restaurant attached as well as a restaurant as part of it. It’s beautiful. Room clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, and soft fluffy towels. It didn’t have coffee in the room but the jet tub bathroom, huge separate shower, and spacious bathroom was great. King with patio with table & 4 chairs. "

"Perfect location. The rooms are beautiful, spacipus, and uniquely decorated. Ive stayed here a few times, with this past one being for a concert at MODA. My friends and I had conjoining rooms on a higher floor. The only recommendation I would make is to have coffeemakers in the room, even though it is complementary downstairs. Overall, RS is a perfect hotel for your time in downtown Portland. "

"The Harlow is a nice place to stay. They have done a nice job in resurrecting an old hotel into something modern and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and professional. "The check-in was great, I'd come on the train and was quite tired and Christian at the front desk had my bed all set. Giving great recommendations for local food around town all within a short distance including the great Pizzeria, a diner, and a local Brewery. My room was spotless as were the bathrooms were for great tile pattern on the floor. The bar area also had very old wood herringbone pattern on the floor a wonderful attentive staff and a fantastic happy hour. Oysters abounded"
