Good location within walking distance of Rossio Station and major sights, though some stairs and hills require a bit of planning. The lobby (also used as breakfast restaurant)was lovely and peaceful, with a decent variety of good food. The staff were kind and friendly—I had a wonderful stay!"

"Perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to Rossio. Although on a busy area, the rooms are very quiet. Service was impeccable from check-in to check-out, all staff were professional, attentive and very courteous. And the room was pristine, and very spacious. Our suit had an extra room, set up to be like a little lounge area with a TV - I made it my walk in closet."

"The location of the hotel was very good. It was very close to the shopping area, cafes and restaurants; In fact, it was inside. It was also very close to the square. Since we went in December, the whole city was brightly lit. The entrance of the hotel and the bar at the entrance were incredibly beautiful. We loved it here. The rooms were decorated very nicely, but unfortunately they were a little small. The breakfast was very nice. The employees were very attentive. Thank you."
