"The location is fantastic , central location, restaurants and bars on the same street and a 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach."

"Great location in the middle of the city and only 400 meters to the beach. Very spacious rooms with kitchen. Only cleaning once a week and change of towels every 5th day (unless you pay for extra cleaning and/or towels) but great for self service. We absolutely loved that stuff for the beach (umbrellas and toys) is collected in the common laundry room for new guest to borrow (for free). Would definitely stay here again!!"

"This is a pension and not a hotel so please remeber that when you book. Great location in the heart of Alicante. 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the tram station or central market. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Not suitable for those who really struggle with mobility as there is a flight of stairs to get up. Room was nice and comfortable, we had a shared bathroom (shared with 1 other room) and it was always clean and we never had issues because of the share. "

"Perfect located in the centre of Alicante, close to everything you need. Close to el Barrio and Postiguet beach, but also shopping. Bus stop just outside the door. Super friendly host. There are no breakfast included, but that’s no problem, there are many restaurants just outside who serves breakfast. "

"Har været her før og kommer helt sikkert igen..stedet ligger perfekt inde midt i gamle Alicante, nemt at komme til alt..blev modtaget helt fantastisk, fik hjælp til alt det jeg hjemmefra havde været bekymret om ..nøgle på mobilen, mv.. lejligheden har alt hvad der skal til hvis man vil lave mad selv..vi er SÅ tilfredse med at bo der når vi besøger byen.."

"Excellent. I read some reveiws before i reserved and i didn't encounter any of the problems of others. I arrived an hour or so late due to flight leaving late but Fede stayed in contact with me via WhatsApp and was there to greet me when i arrived and informed me that close parking was abundant after 8pm. "This hotel is ok. It's more a business hotel than a holiday hotel. It's over 2 miles from Alicante but there is a bus stop outside. Nice little beach about 25 mins walk. Otherwise a bit industrial. Breakfast was a bit limited but ok, rooms large and we faced the pool so was nice and quiet - some rooms are road facing. "

The harbour is 2 minutes away, the food market 3 minutes away, the castle a 5 minute walk. Dozens of restaurants surround the area.
