"We had an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful, spacious and clean. Nice touch with complementary water. The toiletries were a well known brand. We had dressing robes which was a nice touch too. Breakfast was excellent, continental and full English could be had. Highly recommend a stay here. "

"Love this hotel. Right next to the station. Staff on reception and in the breakfast room are so lovely. Breakfast was very tasty and looked freshly prepared. Plenty of choice and good value. Room we were in was really clean and looked like it had recently been decorated. Shower was really good too."

"I had a fantastic club deluxe room on the 3rd floor with a front facing view up into Lower Briggate which was awesome. The room was semi circular which made it feel really big. It had high ceilings which made it feel even more spacious and it had 4 sets of windows which open to let fresh air in. The room was well decorated and had everything I needed in it Inc: Free WiFi , a small fridge , a huge tv,tea, coffee pods and Machine , a robe , tea, biscuits , bottle of water, good quality shower...

"Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Seems like all the effort has been spent on the reception area as our room was in desperate need of updating. Curtains were filthy, old carpets etc. decent night sleep though! "

"The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience."
